Selling a house can be a stressful process. However, when I sold my house at 3 Lygnern Crescent in Kallaroo two years ago it was actually fun, even with a toddler! During my extensive search in finding another house to buy in a very different location, I discovered just how rare Carole is in this industry and that there are very few agents who possess the professional attributes necessary to be a good agent. Carole, however, ticked every box. She listened to my requirements, my time frame, gave honest feedback and followed up at the agreed time, always with a cheerful tone. She was proactive and I truly felt that the process was all about me! Even after the sale of my Kallaroo house had gone through, Carole continued to check in with me, asking how my family were and how the house hunting was going, and continued to assist me by providing information to help me find the right location for my family.
