No need to look any further!!

When we decided to sell our property in Perth ( August 2017) the market was very slow and we knew we needed some serious help. I did my research with a variety of agents in the Perth metropolitan area. As we live in Sydney I posted my enquiry at 8am, this was 6am in WA and Corole was the first to respond; 15min after my enquiry!! This impressed me enormously but that was only the beginning of the fantastic service we received. Carole was incredibly knowledgeable, had local area experience and a network that would help us sell the property. She held open homes and accommodated our potential buys over and over again. I received text updates on a daily basis. We considered using other agencies ( including Purple Brick) but in hind side I realise that we would never have received the help and service from any of these agencies like we did from Carole. She had the contacts and the desire to help advise, arrange and accommodate the trades people we needed to get the property to the best possible state for sale. We were guided and supported every step on the way. Very, Very pleased with our decision to go with Carole - she is worth every cent! Thank you Carole you were awesome. Pierre
