Keep Calm!

For me, Carolena’s biggest asset was her ability to defuse difficult or stressful situations, of which there are many during a house sale! For example, inevitability as an owner, one tends to be very attached to one’s property, think that’s it worth more than it actually is in the current market. and are quick to defend any perceived faults and react badly to criticism or alternative suggestions. The stress of selling and moving heightens tensions. Unlike many other agents I’ve met, Carolena doesn’t try and argue points - she quickly and skilfully puts out the little spot fires In a warm and motherly way, rather than try to provide a counter argument. This means little problems don’t escalate and cause disharmony. I feel she must have done some study in psychology the way she handles difficult people, including me! Or perhaps she is just ultra intuitive coupled with a warm and caring personality. Every time my stress levels rose to point I made an outburst of some sort or other, Carolena would metaphorically put her arms around me and say a few kind words and all felt better again! All in all, It was a great pleasure to work with Carolena, having both bought my house through her and sold it again five years later through her. Highly recommended, particularly if you want the lowest stress possible experience!!
