Caroline commenced her career in sales back in the 1980’s with Mercedes Benz. Working for this prestigious brand Caroline received some of the best training in the world, quickly working her way up within the company, Caroline was interviewed by the national paper for becoming Britain’s first female business manager. In 2003, Caroline with her family, moved to Australia for a better lifestyle. When first stepping foot into Secret Harbour she was convinced that this was the place she and her family would call ‘home’. In 2005, Caroline was persuaded into a career in real estate and with the encouragement of her family took the offer and started working for the local real estate agency.
