Although Caroline was representing the Sellers in our purchase, we really felt she wanted to assist us as well. She always responded to any messages or questions promptly. She made herself available for site visits and contract signing etc. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very knowledgable regarding the house and her business / craft. If she didn’t know the answer she soon found out and then let us know. Most importantly, we felt that Caroline genuinely wanted the best outcome for us.
