We met Caroline Brown when we interviewed a short list of 3 top local agents to help sell our parent's character worker's cottage We made a careful choice as this was a much loved home and a reluctant sale , having been in the family for generations . We had already met two other local agents ,whom we had liked . We were immediately impressed by Caroline's professionalism , warm ,empathic and personal approach, and her expert knowledge of the local area . We chose to continue with her as her approach resonated most with us and we were impressed with her experience and advice . She really understood how we wanted to present the home , our sale preferences and the range of buyers it would appeal to. We appreciated her empathy and found her to be sincere and easy to talk to. We worked very well with Caroline as a team, and her recommendation for a staging consultant was educational and also important to achieve our goals. The whole experience was seamless as she lead us through the various steps in a very organized and clearly explained manner . Communication with Caroline and her team was excellent ; all delightful , engaging ,and helpful people and very efficient . As Caroline has great personal charm and warmth , combined with professionalism , she is able to engage really well with both buyers and sellers , which is an enormous asset . She knows her local area inside out, understands what 'tweaks' of the property may be worthwhile prior to sale , as well as how to sound out potential buyers . She has a great team and process behind her and we felt very supported by the whole group , especially to have them there on the evening of the auction , which was an emotional and bitter sweet time for us . We were so shocked with the amazing result ( our ultimate wish price ) she achieved for us at auction .
