Caroline Campbell worked very hard to sell our apartment under particularly difficult circumstances with much competition from other similar apartments and during an economic period with few buyers. We knew from the outset our apartment would not sell quickly and Caroline was very frank and honest about our prospects. It took 10 months to sell our property at a price within the range Caroline had initially estimated. Caroline worked incredibly hard to sell my unit and in the end achieved a fantastic sale figure for me, better than I ever imagined I would achieve. During the marketing/selling phase, even when I had basically lost hope after around 4/5 months when there had been lots of interest but no offers, Caroline never did.
