A good person with whom to deal

At times I felt I might be being excessively cautious - as a retired engineer I always like to consider things which might go wrong, so I can formulate a Plan B. I always felt Caroline was attentive and patient. She was able to keep me pointed in the best direction and never seemed flustered. On the one hand, I'm glad I don't have more properties to sell, but if I did I would seek Caroline's help again.
