We engaged Caroline to market our PEREGIAN SPRINGS investment property in December 2020. Caroline's assessment of the property and the market was spot on. The market was running very hot and Caroline managed to balance numerous inspections with keeping our tenants on-side, including "FaceTime" walk-throughs for interstate buyers.
