Caroline is a warm hearted professional (one doesn't often put those 2 words together!), who knows the real estate business inside out. On our very first meeting, I felt as though I could totally trust her. Caroline is excellent at her job and I was kept up to date at all times with every aspect of the sale of my house, and she took such good care of the details, both large and small. She knows her stuff! Caroline is a real estate agent who goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients are happy and satisfied. Every interaction with her was truly, an absolute pleasure. I was buying a holiday home for the first time so not sure about a lot of practicalities with buying three hours from home- Caroline was always accessible and helpful, and made things very easy. Contact with the vendor was sometimes slow as they were overseas, but Caroline always did her best to get back to us as quickly as possible. We still haven’t met in person but I hope we get to at some point!
