Working with Caroline was an absolutely wonderful and unique experience. During our search for a new home, we met and dealt with many real estate agents, but Caroline was the absolute exception. We saw 136 B High Street Drysdale online and met Caroline for the first time that day. Caroline allowed us plenty of time to see most aspects of the house. We then went another 4 brm house that Caroline was displaying which was in excellent condition but only on a small sized block of land. Caroline agreed to submit an offer on high street which was not accepted immediately. After further chats with Caroline we submitted a higher offer which was eventually accepted. We wanted to include a few special conditions which Caroline was able to negotiate for us and successfully implemented. All through the term of the contract we had great dialogue with Caroline. All in all an easy process throughout.

It was a pleasure working with Caroline. She was punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. All procedures flowed very quickly. There was obviously an experienced strategy in the way she ran the openings and followed up on any leads. We intend to recommend Caroline and Buxton's to people we know that are considering selling.
