We purchased this property from Caroline in 2003 and were thrilled to have her onboard to sell it for us. We made a couple of attempts to sell the property in 2018 then 2024 with unexpected market changes causing us to hesitate and wait for a market upswing. On each attempt, Caroline did everything imaginable to ensure the property was presented at its best overseeing all the repairs and improvements for each campaign. The amount of work Caroline put in exceeded the commission. In the end, we didn't achieve our desired price but that was caused by a market that refused to bounce upwards and not from a lack of attention or commitment from Caroline - quite the opposite; she continued to push hard despite the market conditions. In the end, we couldn't have done better. Working with Caroline was a delight. She's enthusiastic, dedicated and committed to her clients. We always felt we were a priority for her. We would 100% recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a highly experienced professional with excellent market knowledge and insights who obviously loves property.
