Carolyn advised me on the presentation of the property and arranged to have it furnished by an interior decoration consultant, for a modest fee. The result made the place look fantastic. She also put me in touch with some excellent tradesmen to upgrade the garden and perform some minor maintenance and the charges were also quite modest. This aspect was very important I believe. Carolyn conducted numerous open-for-inspections through the four week campaign. She also gave a realistic appraisal based on recent sales in the area. I was kept informed all through out the campaign period. I was quite nervous about the sale but she was very supportive and it was appreciated. On the day of the auction, an enormous crowd was in attendance and the bidding was fierce. The sale price was more than a hundred thousand above my most optimistic expectations. I could not have been more delighted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carolyn for anybody wanting an experienced professional to handle the sale of their property.
