Carolyn has been an impeccable agent in the sale of our house. We were provided with sound advice regarding the presentation of the house including furnishing and landscaping. Carolyn arranged for all of the preparation for sale on our behalf and maintained regular contact with us in the process. We were provided with a realistic assessment of the value of the property and the current market conditions. A schedule of open house dates were arranged and Carolyn provided a detailed review of any potential buyers both by phone and email. This feed back helped to refine the sales strategy and where appropriate alter the price range of the property to attract new interest from potential buyers. Carolyn spent many hours dealing with individual buyers and her intuition and excellent communication skills ensured that potential purchasers had all the information required to make a decision to buy or not. The market had shown a significant decline in activity over the 3 months our property was for sale. Carolyn always adopted an optimistic approach in this more difficult climate by adjusting our sales strategy to attract more interest. Finally we were able to identify a price commensurate with the local market conditions. After securing a firm offer for us Carolyn then ensured that the sale went through without a hitch. This included having a few items repaired on our behalf just prior to settlement. We were never left wondering what was happening. Carolyn provided weekly and often more regular feedback. Nothing was ever too much trouble and her “can do” approach, realistic assessment of potential buyers and honest appraisal of the property for sale made this process a hassle free experience.

Her communication and follow up has been constant, timely, clear and relayed to both Vendors. She resolved a price that was well above our expectations.
