Carolyn & Angela were great and straight forward to work with. We approached Carolyn when we had a fairly run down property that had been tenanted for several years that we were considering selling. We were located interstate, so it was hard to organise tradespeople, etc. , and to even know what items needed to be rectified, but Carolyn just stepped in and made the whole process so easy for us. She even found short term tenants for us while the property was being prepared for sale which gave us some income on an otherwise vacant property, and also allowed the place to be presented for sale to a much higher standard. Once the property went to market, a formal offer was received within 4 days (in a suburb where properties are generally slow to sell), and all went smoothly from that point on. We have never had such a great final outcome, and such a smooth process from start to finish when selling or buying property before. Can't rate Carolyn, and both her sales and her property management team highly enough!
Carolyn was always helpful with any inquiry. Found out anything I asked for, helped steer me in the right direction for inspections etc. An absolute pleasure to deal with. If she wasn't available her staff were always informed with what was going on so they could deal with what was needed. Would recommend her highly.
