When you put an offer in on a property you want to know the outcome of the offer as soon as possible, particularly if there is interest from other parties. From the moment I submitted my offer, Carolyn and Rob got things move very quickly and I had a contract to sign within a very short period of time. Their communication was great and their response time was super quick. I was also super impressed by the lady in the office, when she handed over the keys with a lovely gift basket and a book on the history of Beachmere. She gave me a summary about the local area, the population, must-see places, community groups and points of interest. An to top it all off she gave me a heartfelt welcome into the community.
