Carolyn recently closed the sale of a property for me in Forrest Lake and I could not have been happier with the job she did. We agreed to a fixed rate commission with Carolyn's agency meeting the costs of marketing. This turned out to be more than any of us expected, as the property proved problematic to sell, which resulted in some lengthy delays in the sale. I hasten to add that the problems we experienced (several failed contracts) were not the fault of Carolyn or her agency, but were exigencies out of our control. Carolyn approached every issue that arose in a professional, pragmatic way, ensuring I was well informed at all stages. At no time was I ever in doubt as to the quality of the advice or the excellence of the service she provided. I have dealt with many real estate agents over many years, and there is a reason that agents often don't enjoy a good reputation. Carolyn is quite different and is a credit to her agency. My experience leaves me with no absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.
