Carolyn got us the sale in a pretty tough market, providing great support along the way. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, particularly around our area. She gave practical tips on getting the house ready for sale and to maximise the outcome. I know she stayed in touch with people who had indicated some interest and that paid off in the end. She is very good at 'holding' the whole process, from listing/marketing, engaging with potential buyers, stepping through the negotiation to sale and then ensuring all parties remain comfortable and satisfied to the end. Highly recommended.
