Well Carolyn May, you have done it again!!! :) 2 houses sold in less than a year! What can we say? Had our Bullsbrook property of almost 5.4 acres so harder to sell, on the market from a week after Easter this year, and first offer came through around August!!! Well done Carolyn. But offer fell through after 5 weeks and Carolyn had other buyers lined up and a day after first offer fell through so was getting offer from the second buyers. Brilliant! All ended up perfect! New buyers seem so happy as we met them after they had the keys due to having to fix a piece of pipe. The lady of the house was there and she was so happy so made us happy. Carolyn kept in contact with us through the whole deals and some days we were talking daily. We take our hats off to her. Thanks for the second time Carolyn. Hope there won't be a 3rd sale haha but if so we will be contacting you first! Would recommend you to anyone wanting to sell their home, whether in a residential area or rural.
