With all the above characteristics, you would think she is not going to share any of them with her clients, well, you are mistaken, she is a total humble, friendly human being, she listen to you and encourage you to expose all your job needs/requirements, mixed with her detailed, professional, rational and friendly discussions. We had very difficult and disappointing experience with previous agent (from other realestate) to the extent that we were hopeless to sell our flat in spite if its great specifications until Carolyn came to the scene and made us change our minds and believe in her own strategy that is "We don't want many inspectors, we only need one tasteful buyer who likes this Beautiful Unit".
