Super responsive, sincere and a pleasure to deal with

Carolyn was amazing! She always answered her phone, replied to emails quickly and organising private viewings was never a bother no matter how many times we requested them. She gave us confidence in the property and locality and understood our reasons for buying. She spent a considerable amount of time pre auction which ultimately gave us the confidence to attend her auction and bid confidently opposed to attending another auction held at a similar time.
