Having heard about Carrie via the local grapevine, when we made the HUGE decision to sell our family farm after over 30 years - we contacted her for an appraisal. And then, she turned out to be a fearless warrior woman, who thought nothing of taking prospective buyers up and down our slippery hills, across dam walls and over creeks, in her trusty 4x4, or sometimes in a borrowed all terrain vehicle. All the while looking like a fashion model. She dealt with drought, bushfire and flood - not to mention our subdivision holdups and our subsequent depression and negativity. All with grace, good nature, positivity and encouragement. Always keeping us well informed and involved in the process. And she achieved FAR better results, than we had ever hoped for. She fulfilled every promise, that she had made because of her sheer hard work and an extensive knowledge of the industry.
