Carrie and her team are excellent. Being a small company but with 15 plus years of experience in the local market we had direct contact with Carrie at all times. In fact we actually bought the house we were now selling through Carrie and her honesty with that original dealing made it a no brainer to ask her to list our property. It was not an easy time to sell. Inflation was an issue and the RBA, contrary to forecast they were aggressively lifting interest rates which as expected rattled the whole market. The result was that Carrie and her team doubled down canvasing wherever possible to have potential buyers come through our property. It took some time but thanks to Carrie and her team's diligence we did sell the property at a good price considering the market was still in shock over the economic circumstances.
