Carrie Hubert
Ms. Hubert fails to do the most basic validation of collected information. Specifically, whether an email address is bogus and points to an innocent third party. Most (if not all) signature forms require that the signer provide "... true, correct and current..." information. One such client did not (JAKIM Holdings). As a consequence, I am getting crap emails. If she is not confirming this basic background, what further information is slipping by?
