Well where do I start . ! Selling a home is an emotional experience for most . Casey sold my father's home of 70 years . As a prospective and ultimately successful purchaser I found that ,as the Vendors agent, Casey was knowledgeble about the property he was offering, communicative, clear and very engaged with the sale. Though working for the best interests of the Vendors, he negotiated ethically and fairly with me and enthusiastically encouraged me towards making an offer which was finally acceptable.

I was open and honest with Casey about my conditions from the outset. As we agreed, he contacted me only when he had a potential buyer and always gave me enough notice (the same was true of Natasha Benvenuto). Casey was always courteous, considerate and punctual. He knew the North Manly market well and never pushed his own barrow. Our mutual patience was rewarded in a recent sale to a local couple who liked the location of my house and were realistic about traffic noise.

His knowledge of the market and his ability to understand it and how it will assist with the needs of his clients is unsurpassed. He had the Sale of our property arranged within days [15] and achieved an outstanding price. Tirelessly he worked for us, his Clients. In a difficult market and other homes in the area selling below par Casey was up front and honest during the whole process.
