We were purchasing a property that had been on the market for 4 months before Casey took it over, when we met Casey she was honest straight off the bat, we told her our situation and how we thought the property was over priced. she was very professional and never commented at all it took 3 weeks and allot of back and forth between the owner and ourselves. i could see she was trying to do the best thing by the owner but we couldn't move any further on our price and when push came to shove the owner had to sell as he had purchased somewhere else. which we were delighted about. We wish her all the best in her next adventure.
