Cass was superb. I sold my property from interstate which can be a nightmare. Cass made the process seem so easy. There had been long term renters for 4 years in my property. The renters were good but properties still require TLC to get them back to their best. Cass advised me on which parts of the property needed to be repaired / repainted (and which bits didn't!) to make for a quick sale. I also achieved an acceptable sale price in a tricky market. Will use Cass again for future dealings
