What first attracted my attention to Cassandra ,as I interviewed for an Agent, were her communication skills. She readily gave of her knowledge not only of the surrounding area but the Real Estate market trends, past and present especially in Regional NSW i As I was travelling from South Australia where I live and approaching my 80th year it was not only taxing on my physical but emotions as well asI was dealing with my Brothers deceased estate I needed a lot of advice I cannot begin to express the positive, tenacious empathetic yet total professionalism that Cassandra possesses. She got the price of the home by what can only be described as her dedication to her job and her personal skills. She is an exception individual.

Cassandra introduced me to a home I had not previously considered. Its plusses outweighed the minuses and I was inclined to make a bid. She communicated well and enthusiastically as the negotiations took place with the owner. Her warm personality made her easy to deal with, and I'd be happy to use her for a future sale - not that I intend moving again for a very long time.

Selling a home is both an emotional and financial roller-coaster. Yet, for me, the way was made easier thanks to the intelligent, reasonable and professional team at Bega Valley Realty. I am very lucky to get Cass to sell my house. I was very nervous and hesitant when I first time met her in the office. But I felt relaxed soon after our conversation started, her knowledge about the current market is so deep.
