Cassandra brings heart to the real estate world at a time when people need confidence and compassion

Cassandra is a genuinely kind and compassionate person and I felt totally supported in my dealings with selling a house . She has extensive knowledge of the business and a had professional and intuitive approach to her work. She made sure I had a thorough understanding of the paperwork and procedures at every step. From the very start I felt confident I had the right person to help me navigate what I thought was a daunting journey. It was a sad and anxious time for me, but Cassandra helped put my fears aside and went above and beyond to make sure she understood my situation. She strived to build trust and transparency in our transactions. Cassandra was in constant contact with me and made time to check in with me, adding a very human touch to the whole business of real estate. I felt she was working with me, and had my back, which is very important in this situation. I learnt a lot through this experience and realise that it takes someone with highly developed people skills to be successful in this world. Cassandra negotiated and liaised between buyer, seller, agencies and tradespeople and proved that she is one of those people. People skills are essential to this role and Cassandra is exemplary in this regard. She brings heart to her job. She has changed my views of the real estate business and I feel extremely lucky to have had Cassandra as my agent. Thank you Cassandra. I could not have got through this without your support.
