Admittedly my house sold very quickly at a good price, however the fact that it was sold without the ability to go unconditional is something to be very careful about. It made it very difficult to purchase another property when the vendor realised I was in that position. It’s all very well getting a quick sale but understand the situation should this be part of the contract of sale because it leaves you in a nasty predicament should things fall over!
