Cassie was very professional with good knowledge of the area. Any questions or issues I had were answered and dealt with in a timely matter. I was overseas for the last 3 weeks of settlement period and could only communicate via email with no hassle at all. Highly recommended.
We were pleased with the service provided at the start of the negotiation by Cassie, however we were unhappy with the service provided to us once handover was complete. We moved into a home where the gardens werent tended to after cassie had stated this would be done before handover. We were also not impressed with cassie communtication over our gas stove top as we called to find out why this was not connected and we were told she would contact us once she found out and never return the call. we waited almost a week before someone came out to connect the gas top stove. This was poor communication at the end of a sale and negotiations made that never happend.
