The sale of our property had a number of hurdles throughout the process (trades and quickly changing market conditions), but Cassie and Courtney were able to get things moving and deliver above their original market appraisal which was above our expectations given how quickly the market was changing recently. Great communication from start to finish, at no point did I feel in the dark. If/when I'm looking to sell again there is no question, it will be with Cassie and Courtney.
