Cat proved to be an amazingly competent agent under very difficult circumstances. Our unit in Hope Island was on the market for six months because of a difficult tenant and poor internal presentation. Cat always managed to show respect and consideration to the tenant who tried to make the selling of the property as difficult as she could. We eventually had to apply to the courts to evict her and only just managed to get the tenant out on the day of the second settlement date. Cat was so supportive and helpful, going well beyond the call of duty to help us. I can only highly recommend her for her caring and supportive manner, coupled with efficiency and great communication.
