Cat Fraser and her team are to be congratulated on their professionalism, market knowledge and second to none communication skills. I have rarely experienced a level of professional service that will even come close, let alone match the one I have received from Cat and her team members. I was kept up to date with the progress of the marketing campaign (including after hours), received excellent advice, a sale price in excess of expectations and even assistance which in the end had nothing to do with the actual sale per se. If we had more professional service providers like Cat Fraser on the job, business would be so much less complicated.
