Even before engaging Cat to assist us in purchasing a property, being from interstate, we had viewed her great YouTube videos detailing the infrastructure projects in our area of interest and had also seen her "drive-through" video of an estate we became interested in. We had very little opportunity to spend time viewing properties so when we arrived and met Cat she had organised an agenda that met our needs and that educated us about our area of interest.
