What we liked most on our first meeting with Cat was her local knowledge of the market in our area. Cat was always 15 minutes early for open homes and appointments and arrived well prepared with yellow flags, lollies, fliers and always immaculately dressed. Cat told us from the start what a realistic price was for our home based on her local market knowledge. Cat is gentle yet firm, patient, organised, friendly and honest. Cat knew our requirements for the sale to happen and never pushed us to accept offers just so she could get a sale. She was considerate at all times.
