I recently purchased a home and interacted extensively with Catharina during the process. While she was friendly and approachable at inspections, my experience during the buying process was mixed. As a first-time home buyer, I felt she was somewhat condescending and not always straightforward. There were instances where she seemed to forget verbal agreements. Additionally, her comments about the vendor's health and mental state were often inappropriate, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The pre-settlement inspection was also mishandled, as she forgot about the appointment, leaving us waiting with the rather verbally aggressive vendor for over half an hour. When she did arrive, she was not very apologetic and the inspection felt rushed. These experiences left me with concerns about her professionalism and reliability.
Catherina was very dedicated in getting the best deal for the vendor while being very helpful to the purchaser.
Catharina is very courteous and conscientious Agent and goes well beyond the duties of a regular real estate agent. Kudos to Catharina as She was able to organize trades such as carpet/painting/Styling to give the property a facelift to ensure that we maximize our sale price.
