Gave us good feedback on this property we purchased and provided good interaction with the vendor to allow a building inspection to be done. Has also facilitated further communication with the vendor on some general settlement issues. Catharina has been very good at providing an ideal interface between the vendor and ourselves as the purchaser, which should lead to an easy transfer.
