The auction itself was over in less than five minutes, which added to my frustration in dealing with her and her team. They showed no interest in providing clear guidelines or information. When I asked for assistance, her response was dismissive, stating it was my responsibility to conduct due diligence or to escalate the matter to management. It seemed like she was already prioritizing other potential buyers, which made the entire experience extremely disappointing.
