Catherine's first contact with me was through a letter advertising her services as a real estate agent. Coincidentally I was looking for an agent to sell my mother-in-law's house so I contacted her. We met at the property and she inspected it and gave me advice on how to present the property for the buyers. Her estimate of the value was similar to other estimates we obtained, however her demeanor and willingness to assist us in any way during the sale period was the reason I chose her as the agent. She always kept us up to date with the numbers inspecting the house and other aspects of the sale process. She also kept us apprised of what was happening in the market, which kept our expectations of the sale price realistic, especially give the rapidly falling market at the time. Catherine and her business partner did secure a good price for the property, not quite what we wanted but close enough. Her post sales service was very good and securing a 14 day settlement period was excellent.
