It takes a certain person

Selling a townhouse in an area where they are not in high demand due to over saturation and not really for the demographic that are residing on in the area, had in the past made selling property difficult. Great townhouse but not one interested party in the past with other agents. Catherine was great with the current tenants whilst doing all possible to market this property. Sale went through very quickly and seller and buyer are very happy. You won’t get a better agent.
