It is a far better process than dealing with the more traditional real estate models which i have done in the past. Catherine Hall and Martina McArdle sure know how to sell a house! House was listed for sale within 48 hours in mid December, and at a time I anticipated the market to slow they sold within 10 days after just a couple of open homes! They are professional, honest, and hard working - would not hesitate to recommend these highly skilled individuals for a second and would happily use again. Catherine really works for the vendor, and is focused on achieving the best possible price for your biggest asset! Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask, and both women made themselves available at hours traditional agents wouldn't be which totally suited a full-time employee!
