Catherine performed above all expectations, assisting with all pre sale requirements like full cleaning, minor maintenance repairs, styling, gardening, photography and build up. Her knowledge of the market and friendly ability and capacity to help both us selling and the buyers integration and management with tours and open house planning made the whole event easy and stress free. Her little sales assistant and photo model was a nice touch and gave a friendly homely aproach to advertising.

It has been a long drawn out process over the past two years. The delays have not been hers but she has endeavored throughout to keep things moving. The family could not have had better asistance than that Catherine has provided. So friendly and helpful. If I could offer more than five stars I would be saying ten!
