Catherine exceeded our expectations in the amount of work she did. Rarely missed an open house & promoted our house well. At the end of the day I believe we probably received a reasonably fair price. Not exceptional, but fair. A sale was achieved and it was neither our way nor the purchasers . Achieved, not excelled. But it was 'our' home & nobody else felt about it near as much as we did. If I had a thicker hide, would have held out for the last 'bit' but was howled down. Overall better treatment than we received from other agents and if I could just get the valuation on our current home from Catherine that I asked for 3 months ago would feel even More of a satisfied customer.

Catherine was professional and supportive through the process of selling my house. I felt that she was always on my side negotiating the best deal for me. She kept me up dated and was always available to me for consultation and advise. She acheived a price above my reserve price after auction. I would highly recommend her as an agent who will go the extra mile and ensure that you are comfortable with the process and decisions you make as a team to acheive a great price for your property.
