We got referred to Catherine through friends that had dealt with her previously. We were interstate vendors so I was anxious about how the sale process would go, particularly as Covid hit and we were unable to travel up to the property prior to sale. Catherine handled everything we needed, even arranging a quote for the face-lift works that were required to get it read for sale. Everything went so smoothly... and quickly! We had offers after the first open house and a contract in place 2 days later that exceeded our expectations. In addition to that, Catherine is so lovely and a pleasure to deal with.
