We made Catherine work hard for us ... and she did!

Thank you Catherine. We had high expectations on a sale price for the property that we recently renovated to sell. Catherine worked tirelessly to try and achieve the price we wanted, but in the end the market was not where we wanted it to be. However, Catherine went hard in the negotiation and ended up getting us more than our revised (market) expectations. She is lovely and very easy to deal with. Her assistant, Mason was also really good to work with too. We will use them again for our next flip house. Thanks CWTeam :)
