Perfect experience!

As a first time buyer I went to see lots of properties being advertised by lots of different estate agents with lots of different skill sets ranging from being pushy to not caring at all and everything in between. Then I came across one of Cathryn's listings and it was easy and super quick to arrange an inspection with her. She was so wonderful throughout the whole process from inspecting through negotiating and to sealing the deal, patient, no-nonsense, quick to reply and so easy to communicate with a very genuine and down to earth approach and, put quite frankly, no bulls*#%&ing, I always felt like she had my best interest in mind as well as the vendor's and didn't want to take me to the cleaners.
