Cathy has been amazing to work with. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe and comfortable about the sale of our house. It wasn't an easy step for me and we had a lot of troubles with the buyer. They didn't wanted to sign the contract, they only paid 5% deposit instead of 10% and once the contract was signed they didnt have the finances ready for the settlement date. What was supposed to be a normal easy sale took month to be done. But Cathy stayed by my side the whole time and even when the buyer was disrespectful to her she was very professional. I wish things were different but now the house is sold and Cathy is still helping me with the purchase of a new property. Her and her team are amazing peoples with big hearts.
