Cathy and her team went above and beyond to ensure the client experience was stress-free as possible. Once I completed my initial consultation with Cathy, I was confident that her team would get a great result for me. Great to find a business that cares for their clients!
Cathy & her staff were outstanding in selling our property; I would highly recommend them to anyone!
The entire team at PRD were terrific. Everything was explained in jargon-free detail, and all recommendations were supported with detailed explanations and potential outcomes. A very fast, efficient, and trouble-free experience.
We were very happy with Cathy’s service. We found Cathy honest, knowledgeable and, best of all, no B.S. During the process of purchasing the property, we had a few issues, Cathy was able to intervene and get the deal done. I guess the best reference we can give is that we have listed our home with Cathy.
Cathy and her team are very professional, friendly and kind. They are always helpful; thank you very much, Cathy and team.
Very good understanding of the local market and Hunter Valley. Cathy sold our home in a matter of weeks and got what we wanted for it. We are very happy with our sale and Cathy is a pleasure to deal with!
Cathy and her team are very professional and are a real pleasure to work with!
We found Cathy to be very approachable and down to earth from the minute we walked into the open home to our second inspection. She assisted us throughout the home, talking us through features and asking questions but also wasn’t overbearing. She was honest and what we really liked is that she worked on getting the best price for her vendor whilst making us feel confident that she was being honest with us and doing the right thing by all parties.
Cathy's whole team of staff were very professional and helpful all through and kept us up to date on everything!
Cathy has a very good understanding of the local market and Hunter Valley. We are very happy with our purchase.
Thank you to Cathy and her team for all they have done for us. They made selling our house stress-free and provided great advice pre-sale and very happy to keep us informed along the way and always happy to answer our questions.
