I understand that you are upset with the lack of contact you feel you have experienced with me as the agent and I sincerely apologise for upsetting you.
I understand that Tracey – one of my two incredible buyer managers actually showed you through the home and has been in regular contact with yourself and managed to help you purchase the above property. That is her job, she is a buyer manager. I work as a team with my two buyer managers and in some cases, not all contact is directly made by myself, but I oversee and coordinate the sale/purchase of each house that I have listed.
In your case, I worked very hard with the vendor to negotiate which resulted in your offer being accepted. It is my job as the agent to manage the vendors and negotiate offers. I rely on my buyer managers to liaise with buyers and in this case, Tracey did that with regular calls and sms messages.
